Renewal and cancellation
- Paid plans run for one year and renew automatically at the then current price. We e-mail you before each renewal.
- Cancel any time in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for, then the profile returns to Basic. Nothing is deleted.
- Payment by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Invoices are in your dashboard.
- The operator is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
What paying does not buy
- A higher position in the normal results. The order depends on how well a profile matches the search.
- A “checked” mark. Those come only from evidence we review, on every plan.
- Guaranteed enquiries. The directory is new and we report what your profile actually receives.
