Membership terms for businesses

Plans

Basic listings are free. Premium and Featured Partner are paid memberships billed yearly in advance. The features of each plan are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Price and tax

Prices are in UAE dirham. The operator is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.

Renewal

Paid memberships renew automatically for another year at the then current price. We e-mail you before each renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time in your dashboard. The membership stays active until the end of the paid year and is not refunded pro rata, unless the law requires otherwise. After that the profile continues as a Basic listing. We do not delete your content.

What a membership is not

A membership does not buy a higher position in normal results, a checked mark or a guaranteed number of enquiries. Sponsored placements of Featured Partners are always labelled.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it. If it still fails, the membership ends and the profile returns to Basic.

Changes

We may change plans and prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice by e-mail.
